The Director of Fossil Fuel Development at the Wyoming Energy Authority will oversee the development and implementation of strategies related to oil, gas, helium, coal, carbon capture, pipeline infrastructure, geothermal development, and mining activities, including trona and bentonite. The Director will be responsible for tracking and analyzing federal and state legislation and regulations, review of NEPA documents, drafting comment letters, developing strategic documents, and staying informed on international and domestic market trends.
