WEA Submits Public Comment
to EPA Proposed GHG Rule

The Wyoming Energy Authority has submitted public comment to the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regarding the proposed new source performance standards for greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) from new, modified, and reconstructed fossil fuel-fired electric generating units.

Executive Director Rob Creager wrote the public comment pointing out the myriad of “significant issues that we believe would cause harm to both Wyoming and the Nation if implemented.”
